Position Overview: Our client, Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC, is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Representative to enhance their dynamic team.
Objective: The primary goal of this role is to meet Aftermarket Sales and Gross Profit targets, drive new business initiatives, and manage and grow the existing client portfolio through exceptional personal performance. The representative will also ensure adherence to best practices in all aspects of Aftermarket Sales operations, foster a customer-centric approach, and align actions with the company's strategic vision.
Essential Qualifications:
- Completed Matric
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Material Handling or Automotive Aftermarket Sales sector or a related field
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Strong technical expertise
- Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell all Aftermarket services and contracts, including Short Term Rentals
- Take overall responsibility for achieving sales, growth, and profitability objectives across all departments
- Engage with both new and existing clients to assess their needs and demonstrate how those needs can be fulfilled
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and usage
- Prepare and present quotations and pricing information
