About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Software Business Analyst to join our team at Diverse Consulting Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving processes within the Life Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with External Customers and Companies to understand their software solution needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT software developers to design, develop, and implement new software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Business Test Cases, Scenarios, and User Stories to ensure effective software testing.
  • Participate in Agile and Jira methodologies to drive software development and delivery.
  • Provide training and support to IT software developers on new features and functionality.
  • Review and sign-off on Architectural Specification Documents (ASD) with IT Digital software Technical Architects and Software Functional/Product Owners.
  • Create IT Software Solution Design documents to address gaps in current Life Insurance offerings.
  • Present business and Life Insurance training to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance industry, with a background in Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience in Agile and Jira methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to External Companies' premises when needed.
