Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills to contribute to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with substantial experience in customer service
• Possessing a tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 will be an added benefit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer operations and numerical tasks

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical aid, pension fund, and annual leave.
