beBee Professionals is looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in Soweto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the executive team and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Managing and maintaining executive's calendar
  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Managing office supplies
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
