**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Top Talent Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the company's interests while minimizing project costs and increasing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison with various project stakeholders to safeguard company interests, advise on cost and contractual arrangements, and prepare contract documents.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to company procedures and systems.
  • Execute trade measurement calculations, detect variations, and execute project certification life cycles.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost reports, aligning budgets with allowable expenses.

Requirements:

  • ASAQS or MBA qualification, with a minimum of 5 years' technical experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex project certifications and claims.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Market-related salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum.
