Customer Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Delivery Lead to join our team at Wipro. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
About the Role- Understand customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage communications and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Attend meetings with SD teams to discuss customer service improvement plans and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure all commitments are met against internal and external contractual measures.
- Drive customer improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery performance.
- Govern the ordering process to perform against agreed targets.
- Agree on solution delivery dates and individual site deliveries.
- Strong customer focus and ability to lead on behalf of the customer.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both within and outside Client Org.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, specifically MFUs.
- 1-2 years professional experience within a tele/data communications environment (Advantageous).
