Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Lead to manage our global IT service delivery and call center operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large BPO client relationships and a strong background in IT Networking.

Responsibilities:
  1. IT Service Delivery: Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
  2. Call Center Operations: Oversee the management of call center operations, including ACD, IVR, CTI, and workforce management tools.
  3. Cloud Technologies: Manage cloud-based services, including hosting, migration, and management.
  4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues and implement network solutions.
