  • Ensure Accuracy: Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents.
  • Identify and Fix Logistics Errors: Identify and fix logistics errors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee On-Time Delivery: Oversee on-time delivery to port and ensure timely schedules for shipping.
  • Manage Inventory and Dwell Time: Manage inventory and dwell time to ensure timeous shipment.
  • Communicate with Service Providers: Engage in regular communication with service providers such as shipping companies, port facilities, and logistics service providers.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and consistent records of shipments and inventory.
Requirements
  • Grade 12: Must have a Grade 12 qualification.
  • Tertiary Qualification: Must have a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Agriculture, Logistics, International Trade, or a similar field.
  • Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in the fruit/export industry.
  • Software Experience: Must have experience with Produce Linc and Business Central software.
