Requirements:
  • Minimum matric, with a tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Minimum RE5 certification and NQF level 5 qualification essential to the role.
  • Applicable Class of Business certification in health and medical aid products and relevant disciplines as per the FSCA.
  • Valid CMS certificate.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the financial services/wealth management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including medical aid products, hospital plans, medical insurance, pension funds, group life plans, and employee benefits in general.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well-presented and professional.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly report writing.
