Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our financial advisor with an investment focus. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, client queries, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic administrative support to the financial advisor
- Manage the advisors diary, including birthdays, meetings, and appointments
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, printing, and filing
- Ensure adherence to processes set by head office
- Manage client queries efficiently
- Gather and prepare information for client meetings
The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting a financial advisor, particularly with an investment focus, and be proficient in Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
