Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Wenz Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on medium to large projects, driving business improvements and implementing solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for compiling the approach (strategy document and business case) for core system upgrade projects. You will perform detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes and identifying gaps between existing and new functionality. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Process and data mapping
  2. Ensuring solutions meet business requirements
  3. Gathering and documenting business requirements
  4. Participating in the Software Development Life Cycle (agile and hybrid)

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of end-to-end administration processes and systems, as well as experience in senior BA roles with proven experience in business case definition and process analysis. You will also need to have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to abstract detail into models and drive improvements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8 years' direct experience in Unit Trust and LISP administration
  • Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel and Visio
  • Strong knowledge of Flexcube and SQL
