**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales / Regional Manager to drive revenue growth within a designated region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach and penetration.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including administrative and reception staff.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working for a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
- A university degree or postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and partnerships.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
