  • Deliver exceptional visitor experiences by assisting with travel, accommodation, and entertainment bookings, as well as retail sales.
  • Utilise our IT systems, timetables, guidebooks, and reference kits to provide accurate information to visitors.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of tourism marketing campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • A higher certificate (NQF5) in a related field plus 2 years' experience working within the Tourism, Travel, Events & PR Co-ordination and Management industry sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid SA driver's license is required.
