Responsibilities:- To ensure that all payroll submissions are accurately and efficiently processed, meeting deadlines and adhering to company policies and legislation.
- To perform tasks that contribute to the effective functioning of the Compliance team.
- To identify and report on potential legislative issues and deadlines.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and Payroll records.
- Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Administration/Accounting.
- 1-3 years of experience within an Administration/Payroll environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with Payroll Systems and Accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
