At Armstrong Appointments, we are seeking a skilled Risk Compliance Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To review all FICA documentation on existing customers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • To provide excellent service to branches and customers by assisting with ongoing due diligence.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Ongoing Due Diligence
  1. Ensure customers' details are accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Verify FICA status for all existing clients.
  3. Request confirmation of details from clients when necessary.
  4. Update relevant systems and send for approval.
  5. Block accounts where ODD could not be concluded.
  6. Assist branches with ODD queries.
Administration
  1. Address branch FICA queries and attend to ad hoc administration requirements as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum - Matric / Certificate in Banking or similar.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.
  • Excellent understanding of FICA required.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
