Job Opportunity: Dealership Sales Administrator
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team based in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer relationships, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing sales reports.
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Process sales transactions, including preparing sales documents, processing payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Administrator in a Dealership/Commercial/Truck/Motor/Auto-Industry environment.
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Position-related qualification (adv).
- Kerridge/Automate/Pinnical and/or similar experience required.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Contactable references.
