Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Operations AssistantThe ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors and directing them accordingly. This includes managing the diary using Outlook and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and direct them accordingly
- Manage the diary using Outlook
- Assist the Call Centre Manager as needed
- Prepare reports using Excel
- Prepare presentations using Powerpoint
- Assist with HR matters, including tracking leave and attendance
- Assist with Staff Onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting tools
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R220,000 per annum. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including medical aid, retirement annuity, and paid annual leave.
