Salary

We offer a competitive compensation package with a generous incentive program. The estimated salary for this role ranges from R155 ZAR to R182 ZAR per hour, dependent on past experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can earn R272 ZAR for each appointment set and completed within the first 25 appointments per month, and R362 ZAR for each appointment set and completed after the 25th appointment per month. A 3% bonus calculated on the client's first month regular service fee is also part of the compensation structure. Once you become permanent, you will receive a R3,624 ZAR bonus after the 60-day trial period.

Job Description
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce Bellingham SEO services and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client's needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Determine whether there is a genuine opportunity for collaboration.
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to book high-quality appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluency in English is required.
  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting roles.
  • A matriculation certificate or higher level of education is preferred.
  • Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Cold-calling warm and cold database leads.
  • List building and lead generation.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and handle rejection professionally in a fast-paced sales environment.
