About the Role

This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take the lead in customer acquisition and retention. You'll be responsible for driving new sales to our platform and ensuring seamless integration into our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly and annual revenue targets through the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful onboarding
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to proficiently sell them to clients, representing the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Closely manage customer relationships and expectations, ensuring timely responses to queries and concerns
  • Discern customer desires and problems, communicating them to the development team to inform product enhancements
  • Run quarterly and annual performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Grow a team and assume managerial responsibilities as sales revenue increases

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a senior sales role with high-value clients, preferably in the fintech or travel industry
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, providing exceptional customer service and driving customer advocacy
  • A strong understanding of sales metrics and the ability to identify areas for improvement
  • A sound knowledge of the African travel landscape and experience working within the fintech space
  • A passion for technology and exposure to a rapidly scaling environment
