Job Summary

Vharanani seeks an experienced Senior Sales Professional to drive account growth and contribute to our sales team's success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with agencies and clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the effective operation of sales, marketing, and advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Buid and maintain great relationships with agencies and end customers through regular check-ins and reviews.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage a positive pipeline with five times cover and a minimum 20% sales conversion rate.
  • Keep CRM up-to-date daily and plan territory/customer patches effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to advertisers and ensure the timely production and delivery of adverts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong new business acquisition skills and proven track record in private and national sales.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of newspaper and digital advertising principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
