Job Description

We are looking for an IT Security and Compliance Manager to join our global technology team and help us manage IT risks and controls across our diverse portfolio of products and services.

This role requires risk management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and influence SMEs and inform senior leaders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an automated control centre to monitor key performance indicators and alert of any deviation or anomaly.
  • Tracking, reporting, and evolving technology control KPIs, including cost management, service, and security metrics.
  • SUPPORTING teams in ensuring all internal and external policies and standards are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years of experience in IT risk and control management, preferably in a global and complex environment.
  • A strong knowledge of IT risk and control frameworks, such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
