Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Documentation Support:
    • Assist the Marketing team in preparing and managing marketing documentation and promotional materials.

  • Promotional Items Management:
    • Assist in the procurement, branding, and inventory management of promotional items.
    • Coordinate internally to book items into stock and ensure compliance with all related processes and guidelines.
  • Stock Management:
    • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Update stock quantities and report discrepancies as necessary.
  • Logistics and Dispatch:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination & administration.
