- Providing administrative and provisional maintenance support.
- Ensuring timely responses to inquiries and reconfirmations of files.
- Developing a good understanding of specific requirements for FIT itineraries.
- Maintaining constant, consistent, and clear communication with the reservations team and suppliers.
- Upholding the values of &Beyond: Care of the people, Care of the land, and Care of the wildlife.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Tourplan or other reservations systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
- Understanding of the travel industry and Tour Operating specifically.
- Fluent in both verbal and written Spanish, preferably South American Spanish.
- Tourism/Travel-Related Qualification (degree/diploma/certificate).
- 1-2 years of administration experience.
- An independent, curious, and proactive nature.
- Sense of urgency and adherence to deadlines.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Diligence and self-motivation.
