Job Description:
- Invoicing clients and managing payments on a timely basis.
- Reconciling invoices monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Allocating electronic payments efficiently.
- Sending reconciliation statements to clients on a regular schedule.
- Following up with clients to collect outstanding payments.
- Data entry and management tasks.
- Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding various administrative matters.
- Handling petty cash transactions.
- Supporting directors with documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Preparing payroll submissions, including clock cards.
- Renewing vehicle licenses as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of all paperwork, debtors, and creditors.
- Picking up parts occasionally as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Sage One Accounting software.
- Residence within the Alberton area is preferred.
