Job Title: Teleseller
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Teleseller to join our team at Revtech Global (Pty) Ltd. As a Teleseller, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Calls: You will be responsible for making all necessary customer calls on designated routes before deadlines.
- Call Planning: You will plan calls to promote the most effective product/services and ensure that deadlines are accurately processed for all orders.
- Product Knowledge: You must have a sound knowledge of all the company products, particularly the top-selling products.
- Sales Deadlines: You must have a sound knowledge of sales deadlines and be able to manage your time effectively to meet these deadlines.
- Record Keeping: You must keep accurate records on the customer cards of orders to track buying patterns.
- Customer Service: You will deliver professional and efficient service to all customers, including returning calls, responding to queries and/or problems, etc. quickly and effectively.
- Communication: You must communicate and increase buying patterns to the buyers immediately and pass on market-related information to the sales/branch manager and buyers.
- Incident Reporting: You will immediately report any incidents/complaints to the sales/branch manager both verbally and in writing.
- Attendance and Reporting: You will complete the attendance register daily and submit any required reports accurately, neatly, and on time.
Requirements and Skills
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Time Management: You must be able to manage your time effectively to meet sales deadlines and process orders accurately.
- Product Knowledge: You must have a sound knowledge of all the company products, particularly the top-selling products.
- Market-Related Information: You must be able to communicate and increase buying patterns to the buyers immediately and pass on market-related information to the sales/branch manager and buyers.
Working Environment
This role is based at our office in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, and requires frequent travel to customer sites.
