Responsibilities
  • Manage the debtors' book, including identifying and pursuing new leads for debt collection.
  • Conduct telephonic debt collection and negotiate payment plans with defaulting clients.
  • Ensure adherence to our credit control policy and SOPs, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Reduce allocated debtors' days through effective collections and account query resolution.
  • Handle full-function credit control, including investigating and resolving customer complaints.
  • Assist with monthly returns documentation from employers, escalating issues to Returns Processors as necessary.
  • Carry out account reconciliation and prepare handover/referral documents for further action.
