Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets and margins through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  2. Ensure timely order processing and contract confirmation with customers.
  3. Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and buying teams.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate pricing without compromising company margins.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, providing insights to design and production teams.
  6. Liaise with the Brand Manager to determine customer needs and implement marketing requests.
  7. Manage merchandising companies and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  8. Conduct quarterly and monthly account reviews to assess customer performance and growth opportunities.
  9. Prepare files and agendas for customer visits, ensuring all relevant information is available.
  10. Negotiate and land pricing without compromising company margins.
Requirements

BCom Sales/Marketing Degree/Diploma or Textile Engineering/Design Diploma required.

3-5 years' experience in a marketing and sales function, including coordinating sales teams and managing complex customer relationships.

Knowledge and Skills

Business principles, company economics, sales and marketing principles, research methodologies, and market knowledge.

Planning and organization, computer literacy, effective verbal and written communication, report writing, interpersonal skills, logical thinking, innovative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, analytical and evaluative thinking.

Initiative, assertiveness, stress tolerance, attention to detail, deadline-driven, prioritization, technology leverage, organizational awareness, team morale maintenance, business relationship building, and effective communication with senior leaders and customers.
