Customer Service and Internal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service and Internal Sales Assistant (Junior) to join our team at West Coast Personnel. In this dynamic dual-role position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting our internal sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
    • Greet and direct visitors appropriately, notifying relevant personnel of their arrival.
    • Offer refreshments to visitors and prepare as needed.
    • Answer incoming calls and refer inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    • Maintain security protocols by following established procedures.
    • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Internal Sales (Junior) Responsibilities:
    • Receive and process customer orders, directing initial inquiries to the designated person until fully trained on the order process.
    • Process orders when other Internal Sales team members are unavailable.
    • Handle invoices in accordance with company procedures.
    • Prepare and provide quotes as needed.
    • Assist representatives and clients with stock availability and general inquiries.
    • Engage in telesales during quieter periods, reaching out to clients for potential business.
    • File Proof of Deliveries (P.O.D.s) and maintain general filing duties in line with company procedures.
