Job Title: ATL Media Planner

The ATL Media Planner is a key role in our team, responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and creative thinking.

This role demands confidence, presence, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses. As a Starcom Planner, you will be expected to direct, inspire, and add value at every turn.

A high level of collaboration, a willingness to teach others, and a real desire to push boundaries are essential for success in this role. You will be accountable for managing digital media investments and working closely with clients to deliver strategic input.

Some flexibility in working hours may be required, but we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values work-life balance.

Daily Activities:
  • Develop and execute TV, radio, and print plans that drive business results
  • Liaise with the outdoor planner to ensure seamless execution of OOH plans
  • Produce reach curves and optimization analyses to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide expert guidance on the best-performing titles, channels, programs, and stations for optimal delivery
  • Obtain media schedule approvals from clients and ensure timely delivery
  • Chase outstanding creative assets and ensure timely delivery
  • Compile and deliver Proof of Life documents to clients
  • Attend internal and external client status meetings to ensure alignment and progress
  • Manage the CE's and PO process, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring with the buyers
  • Produce and deliver Post-Campaign Reports to clients
  • Respond to Global Report Requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain a strong relationship with media owner platforms and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Qualifications:
  • Telmar Advanced certification
  • Excel Intermediate skills
  • PowerPoint Intermediate skills
Experience:
  • At least 5 years of ATL media planning experience
Hard Skills:
  • Effective project management skills
  • Numerical strength and analytical ability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Ability to synthesize and reduce complex inputs to create a well-considered and accurate view
  • English fluency and language skills for effective business writing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid data interpretation and analytics skills
  • Ability to exercise strategic principles and structured thinking to tackle business development projects
  • Ability to select appropriate frameworks, tools, and approaches to solve client problems
  • Develop strategies that interpret cultural and social trends as well as data relevant to client business
