- Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
- Trade-tested and qualified in HVAC and Refrigeration with a minimum of 15-20 years industry experience.
- Proven track record of managing Refrigeration Technicians and building successful teams.
- Excellent people management, team building, and project delivery skills with a focus on results-driven leadership.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a non-nonsense approach.
