About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports. You will also oversee ad-hoc projects, manage email correspondence, and prepare presentations using Canva/PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive management of diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars.
  • Strong Excel skills to assist with data extraction and manipulation.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Manage email correspondence and phone messages.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent time management skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
