We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at MiWay, a direct financial services company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong negotiation skills.



The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to identify their insurance needs and selling appropriate policies. They will also be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and possess strong negotiation skills.



To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the commercial insurance industry and 2 years' experience in face-to-face business. They must also have their own reliable transport and a valid code B driver's license.



The successful candidate will be expected to deliver on business strategies and key deliverables, actively source and grow their portfolio of clients, and provide world-class service to their portfolio of clients. They will also be responsible for screening new business and ensuring that their portfolio does not pose a threat to MiWay's risk pool.



The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in dealing with customers and staff at all levels, have excellent administrative skills, and be able to plan and manage time efficiently. They will also be results-oriented, self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure.

Requirements:
