About the Role

  • You will provide expert-level technical support to customers through various contact channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical account managers, solution architects, and business development managers, to ensure alignment and excellent customer experience.
  • You will drive initiatives that improve support-related processes and our customers' experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles.
  • You will leverage your customer support experience to provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience in network and operating system support
  • Advanced knowledge of networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related)
