The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment and selection across the Group, including Recruitment Selection, Sourcing, Attracting Candidate, Managing Recruitment Campaigns, Interviewing prospective employees that best suits the organisations short-term and long-term goals.

  • **Essential Qualifications:**
  • Matric/Grade 12 is essential
  • **Preferred Qualifications:**
  • National Diploma in Human Resource or similar is preferable
  • **Key Experience:**
  • 5 years' experience within a Talent Acquisition role
  • **Critical Skills:**
  • Experience with workforce planning is essential
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Engage with Hiring Managers to understand businesses recruitment needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Displays a practical understanding of large corporate recruitment needs, value propositions, functional business structures, reporting lines, systems and work processes that support these objectives
  • Build relationships with stakeholders on different levels to support the business needs
  • Analyse, forecast, plan workforce supply and demand with the ability to assess gaps and determine talent management interventions to ensure the organisation has the right employees with the correct skills for the business short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies
  • Run effective recruitment campaigns and talent pool candidates for current and future recruitment needs accordingly
  • Experience with strategic sourcing (Boolean Searching, Head Hunting, etc.)
  • Develop and design job descriptions according to business needs and requirements
  • Create standard interview guides and drive fair recruitment processes
  • Assess candidates applications and long list and shortlist candidates according to business needs
  • Provide business with key talent insights and reporting
  • Drive the full recruitment cycle with the ability to use various interview techniques to identify best fit to the business (Experience with competency based interviewing)
  • Manage the Application Tracking System
  • Run salary analysis and understand job grading and banding methodologies
