We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Receptionist (Hyundai Wonderboom).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Closing Jobs Timeously: Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  2. Costing and Planning: Accurately apply flat rates from the manual, optimizing costs and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  3. Supporting Service Advisors: Assist during peak periods, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks and minimizing delays.
  4. Booking Management: Efficiently manage the diary, allocating correct hours daily using the bucket system, and ensure customers depart promptly in the mornings.
  5. Coordination and Communication: Act as liaison between service advisors and foremen, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain up-to-date booking sheets, handle filing duties, send invoices, and perform other administrative responsibilities.
Additional Duties
  1. Switchboard Operations: Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, manage the switchboard, and transfer calls as needed.
  2. Customer Comfort: Ensure the reception area remains comfortable and welcoming for customers.
  3. Maintenance and Housekeeping: Control machinery/lighting to minimize wastage, manage cleaners, and maintain the dealership's overall appearance.
  4. Reporting and Administration: Prepare weekly/monthly reports required by the Dealer Principal/Accountants, and assist with general administration tasks.
