We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist (Hyundai Wonderboom).

Main Objectives
  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide warm, friendly, and professional interactions with customers.
  2. Optimize Job Efficiency: Close all jobs on time, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring smooth job flow.
  3. Accurate Cost Management: Apply accurate costing according to the flat rate manual, optimizing costs and resources.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Facilitate communication between service advisors and foremen, promoting collaboration and cooperation.
  5. Administrative Support: Handle various administrative responsibilities, including maintaining up-to-date records and performing other necessary tasks.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized service, addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing delays and maintaining quality standards.
  • Effective Time Management: Meet deadlines, optimize time usage, and minimize delays.
  • Familiarity with Standard Office Software: Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.
