About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, who can develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success. As a Global Project Strategist, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless project execution and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear direction, expectations, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, including regular updates, progress reports, and issue resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in an aerospace or high-tech environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
