Job Title: Commercial Lead

Job Purpose:

As the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of our digital products and services. Your role involves developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Analyze competitor behavior, identify market trends, and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Commercial Strategy Development: Evaluate existing marketing strategies and develop new commercial strategies for various channels and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with management, marketing, sales, and production teams to drive offline and online efficiencies to boost market share.
  • Partnership Development: Establish targeted internal and industry partnership networks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key marketing metrics and develop commercial models.
  • Product Innovation: Incorporate user-experience feedback in product updates and innovation.
  • Emerging Solutions: Stay abreast of emerging solutions and technological advancements to incorporate into new products.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate data, contact trends, and customer behavior across all contact channels to provide clear insights and recommendations for further commercial opportunities.
  • Process Optimization: Work with Analysts to understand operational process drivers behind campaigns and customer journeys and align them for optimal outcomes.
  • Recommendations: Scoping, designing, and baselining proposed recommendations for marketing efforts.
  • Commercial Objectives: Managing and overseeing the baselining of commercial objectives, sales effectiveness, and retention efforts.
  • Integrated Marketing Strategies: Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to ensure Digital Commercialization competes effectively in the markets and grows its market share.
  • Marketing Opportunities: Identifying and testing new ideas to explore new marketing opportunities for growth.
  • Actionable Insights: Collaborating with the COE to generate actionable insights that drive the marketing strategy.
  • Budget Management: Developing, managing, and tracking the budget to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • Business Performance: Contributing to the overall business unit performance by working as part of the Digital Commercialization Division.
  • Risk Management: Ensuring that risk, governance, and compliance constructs are addressed.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Qualification:

  • BCom (Management Sciences) or post-graduate degree/diploma in Business Management

Essential Certifications:

  • Marketing-related certificate(s)

Minimum Experience Level:

  • 3 - 6 years of management experience, including 1 - 2 years in developing marketing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
