About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple projects focused on remediation of hygiene deliverables for the technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track the implementation of hygiene remediation programs, including user access management remediation, privileged access management remediation monitoring dashboard implementations, CMDB to architecture artifacts mapping, and server list cleanups.
  • Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and their assignment to various project phases.
  • Establish a work plan for project activities, iterations or phases.
  • Coordinate and lead steering committees for the hygiene remediation programs.
  • Produce comprehensive reporting packs for the steering committees, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and potential mitigants.
  • Collaborate closely with execution teams to ensure effective tracking and escalation of project activities.
  • Monitor project finances where applicable, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify and communicate project dependencies, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of the hygiene remediation programs to the Office of the CIO.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication channels are established.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology-related projects and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with teams across business units and geographic locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in producing comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
