Job Title: Office Admin Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Admin Manager to join our team at Frogg Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping and financial management, including preparing financial reports and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Full office management, including ordering and stocking supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Full Sage payroll for 25 staff, including processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Full statutory returns and submissions, including preparing and submitting tax returns, and managing employee benefits.
  • Debtors and Creditors management, including managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and managing cash flow.
  • Month-end payment to suppliers, including processing payments, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Creating reports for Accounts payable and receivable, including preparing financial statements, and managing cash flow.
  • Full Payroll function, including processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Annual and Bi-Annual IRP5 returns, including preparing and submitting tax returns, and managing employee benefits.
  • UFiling & EFiling, including preparing and submitting tax returns, and managing employee benefits.
  • Service Coordinator, including scheduling appointments, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Assist Service and Project Department, including providing administrative support, managing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Scheduling of monthly SLA services, including managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Support and creating quotes/orders for Customers, including managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Processing Purchase orders, receiving and dispatching stock, and maintaining inventory.
  • Maintaining office, including managing supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring timely repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Financial Bookkeeping certificate an added bonus
  • SAGE Payroll and Pastel Partner experience essential
  • Debtors and Creditors experience essential
  • Experience with Processing and Payment of statutory funds (SARS)
  • General HR administration experience
