About the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the CEO of our client's company in Stellenbosch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's electronic diaries, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting papers.
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, and escalate to the CEO as necessary.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including visas, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data management, filing, and records maintenance.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Supervise incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure timely processing of correspondence.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant.
  • Strong experience in electronic diary management and calendar organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances.
