Job Role: Payroll Administrator - Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating compensation, payroll, and benefits databases and ensuring data accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying and reconciling timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll inputs.
  • Processing payroll adjustments, including overtime, leaves, and other allowances.
  • Liaising with vendors and ensuring compliance with all policies, guidelines, and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR operations execution and delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, is also required.
