Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Executive to join our team at PlaceTalent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in our system, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively recommend and sell our products to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and drive sales growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and accounts, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (advantageous).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal sales, or a related role within the engineering industry, preferably electrical or instrumentation.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
