Business Development Specialist

At Emporium Human Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To effectively expedite email and telephonic orders, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- To handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders with professionalism and efficiency.
- To assist customers in selecting the right commercial vehicles and spare parts, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role as Business Development Executive, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, including spare parts and trailer systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Additional Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
