  • Administering transfer documents and communicating with attorneys and the legal department.
  • Confirming special levies and levy increases, and checking account status with the legal department.
  • Opening new client accounts on our operating database and updating the master file accordingly.
  • Performing journal adjustments and calculating transfer clearance figures.
  • Issuing clearance certificates and communicating with conveyancers and attorneys regarding fees.
  • Reporting on transfer numbers and any departmental issues to the Transfers Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 High School Diploma or GED with maths and accounting.
  • A degree or diploma is advantageous.
  • Experience with Windeed, Sectional Title Management Act, and HOA.
  • Proficiency in Pastel and Microsoft suite.
