- Administering transfer documents and communicating with attorneys and the legal department.
- Confirming special levies and levy increases, and checking account status with the legal department.
- Opening new client accounts on our operating database and updating the master file accordingly.
- Performing journal adjustments and calculating transfer clearance figures.
- Issuing clearance certificates and communicating with conveyancers and attorneys regarding fees.
- Reporting on transfer numbers and any departmental issues to the Transfers Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Grade 12 High School Diploma or GED with maths and accounting.
- A degree or diploma is advantageous.
- Experience with Windeed, Sectional Title Management Act, and HOA.
- Proficiency in Pastel and Microsoft suite.
