Business Development Manager

Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer/Representative to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers, and meeting revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
- Meeting individual and branch sales targets
- Sourcing new business/clients
- Maintaining client relationships
- Ensuring proper sales administration
Desired Qualifications, Experience and Skill:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- N-Dip or Bachelor's degree in the sales and marketing field
- Mechanical qualification will be an advantage
Experience:
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in sales and marketing especially in the selling of services
- Coatings experience
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
- Preparing quotes and proposals
- Planning and pricing projects will be an advantage (estimation)
- Contracts and tenders will be an advantage
Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent assertiveness skills
- Analytical skills with problem-solving attitude
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Projects and PowerPoint (as a minimum)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Ability to do physical measurements and do required calculation
- Valid and unendorsed driver's licence
