About the Role:
Watershed Consulting is seeking a skilled Stock Administrator to join our team in the hospitality/restaurant sector. As a Stock Administrator, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring accurate stock counts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capturing and recording stock counts, production, and waste
• Managing internal stock transfers and supplier invoices
• Generating variance reports and communicating with relevant parties
• Maintaining and updating inventory management systems, including Ikentoo and Marketman
• Training employees on inventory management software and systems
