As a Payroll Administrator at FS Personnel Recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll functions in Bloemfontein.
You will be responsible for managing the full payroll of 500-600 employees per month, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
The successful candidate will also provide HR services, recruitment, and selection support to ensure seamless integration with the company's overall strategy.
A comprehensive training program will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Requirements:• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Accounting as a subject
• Mathematics 50% or higher
• Mathematics literacy 60% or higher
• Accounting 65% or higher
• Any financial or HR qualification will be beneficial
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to work under extreme pressure
• People payroll experience will be beneficial
