We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Retail Store team in the Cavendish area. As a key member of our Pro Select Consulting team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth and Team Development: Spearhead store team development by identifying training and coaching needs, emphasizing talent management and succession planning.">
  • Team Recruitment and Performance: Recruit, administer, and manage performance in alignment with company policies and procedures.">
  • Customer Experience: Implement customer experience processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, encompassing business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and general housekeeping.">
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Enforce overall compliance by conducting thorough compliance checks through defined processes.">
  • Sales Enhancement and Brand Awareness: Explore and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.">
  • Product Performance Feedback: Provide feedback on in-store product performance to the support centre, contributing to sales improvement.">
  • Operational Action Plans: Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.">
  • Stock Management: Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.">
  • Store Upkeep: Maintain the stockroom's overall upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.">
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock on hand.">
  • Sales Floor Operations: Accurately receive, unpack, merchandise, and replenish the sales floor to drive sales objectives.">
  • Leadership and Strategic Alignment: Lead and drive the store team to achieve store KPIs and operational strategy, aligning with company values.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Store Management position and possess a clear credit and criminal record.
