**What You'll Do**

  • Answer incoming communications from customers with compassion and care
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently

**What You Bring to the Role**

  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
